First meet, First Win!

Well, last night we went to Fatima for a 6 team practice meet, and the girls came away with a victory. The team win is great and all, but they showed some pretty good times and most of the kids looked very strong. Despite having rain on our DIRT track almost everyday, we did exceptionally well. Coach Miller and myself thought everyone did at least what was expected or much better. I thought we would be decent, but we were better than that. Coach, our 4 x 4 was 1st and the 4x8 was 2nd. Zac got 11:01 in the 3200. Hilly had 14:23 and Savannah 15:26 in the 3200.

The times are looking great as are the jumps and throws. We need to develop another Triple Jumper, Long Jumper and we need a Pole Vaulter!!!
